Our client is a provider of infrastructure support services and was facing increased costs, while failing to deliver against contract deliverables.

A key contract was due for renewal in 18 months and the client feared that, at current levels of performance, the contract would go to tender with potential for loss.

  • Implementation of a ‘script’ tool at help desks has helped the client to address customer needs in a standard and measurable way.
